Leadership Team

Alex Peacock

Alex has been building and leading organisations in the fitness technology sector since 1998. In his previous role as founder and Managing Director of Zoom Media’s European division, Alex led the company’s development into the clear market leader in digital fitness media in the UK and Germany.

Prior to Zoom Media, Alex established Music Marketing Services as the UK’s largest provider of audio visual systems to the fitness industry, before joining Amer Sports in 2005 to head up sales and distribution across Europe, Middle East and Africa for their newly acquired ClubCom and Cardio Theater brands.

Brad Bean
VP Digital Solutions, North America

Brad brings a fitness operators mindset to Netpulse, having served in numerous senior leadership roles in the health and wellness space. Prior to leading the North American market for Netpulse, Brad worked towards developing the commercial space for our parent company eGym.

Brad spent the majority of his career at Gold's Gym International where he provided strategic leadership to the brands 150+ corporate owned stores, developed the brands member engagement platform and managed the development of the brands standalone fitness app. He loves being with his wife and three kids, traveling, and finding time to hit the links.

Charles Njoku
VP of Professional Services

Charles has over 20 years experience within the enterprise technology space with a focus on the digital, social and CRM landscape. He has held several positions of responsibility for growing and leading multi-disciplinary international Professional Services teams.

Charles has a proven track record in the successful delivery of multi product and bespoke software solutions in alignment with the customer’s organisational strategy. He holds a number of Master's degrees as well as PRINCE 2, PMP and Scrum Alliance professional accreditations.

Igor Ivashchenko
Director of Engineering

Igor has almost 20 years' experience in building and leading software engineering teams, and has been successful in delivery and operations, as well as working as a coach and management consultant for various IT businesses. Igor is a practitioner of world agile management standards, and is proud to be responsible for the Netpulse Engineering organisation, which is a global team of professionals based in Kiev, Ukraine and Beijing, China.

Igor has an Executive MBA diploma from AIX-Marseille Graduate School of Management (Aix-Marseille Université) specializing in Change Management. His hobbies are photography, cooking and traveling.

Nadine Eichhorn
Head of Product

Nadine is an energetic and hard-working leader with a great passion for the fitness industry and for technology products. Prior to joining the team as Head of Product, she has build up the North America business for our parent company eGym. In her career, she has worked with many different types of commercial and non-profit gyms in the US, Canada and Europe to implement the eGym training system to make them and their members more successful.

Nadine has a M.Sc. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Munich. Before starting her journey in the fitness industry, she worked in Management Consulting and in the Automotive Industry.

Danny Woods
Head of Account Management EMEA

Danny has 10+ years of experience in the fitness industry having worked for a variety of successful startups that have a proven track record of transformation, performance, and growth.

After entering the industry in 2009 and exiting from a succesfull private health club in Oxfordshire, Danny turned to a role that impacted the health and fitness of individuals on a global scale - heading up the partnerships team at bounts - a scheme that rewards people for being active.

Having proudly represented Netpulse at the UKactive Future Leaders Programme in 2019, Danny continues to strive towards his mission to become a world-class leader, currently heading up our Account Management Team across Europe, Middle-East and Africa whilst also looking after our key strategic partnerships.
