John Gengarella brings more than 25 years of experience delivering leading software solutions across a variety of industry verticals. He began his career in the fitness industry, owning several clubs in northern California. Prior to joining Netpulse, he served as the CEO of Voxify, a cloud customer interaction software solution for contact centers, until its acquisition by 24/7 Customer. Subsequently, he served as the chief revenue officer of 24/7 Customer and led the acquisition of Tellme, a division of Microsoft.
John holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
